Billing Info

A member of our staff will call you prior to surgery to discuss pre-operative orders and your insurance coverage. After surgery, Milwaukee Surgical Suites will submit your bill to your insurance company. You will receive a separate bill from your doctor, anesthesiologist and/or pathologist.

If you have any billing questions about your Explanation of Benefits (EOB) that you will receive from your insurance company, please don’t hesitate to call our Billing Department at 414-307-4767.      

Please know that an EOB is Not a bill. It is merely detailing the medical codes on your claim that was processed.

After you receive your Patient Statement and you have questions or are experiencing a “financial hardship”, please call the billing department at Milwaukee Surgical Suites at 414-307-4767 and they will review your account and make any adjustments to the account that may be necessary.
